The company's name has its roots in the ancient fortress of Masada which was the last refuge of Jewish rebels when they were defeated by the Romans. The name Masada Offensive was chosen for its significance and lessons we can learn from the fall of Masada which we can use to apply to cybersecurity defenses and awareness, and as the oath of the Israeli Defense Forces say "Masada shall not fall again".
